Thank you for signing up to use our app for purchasing your water refills. When using this app, you agree to our user-friendly terms of service as follows:
- This app and its contents are protected by copyright laws. SavorPak Enterprise grants all its members the right to use the app for the purpose of purchasing water refills. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
- Members need to be at least 18 years of age to make purchases using the app. Minors under 18 years of age may use the app with the consent of a supervising adult.
- Any problems arising from the use of the app while making purchases will be addressed promptly as soon as they’re brought to our attention. Please call us at customer support if you encounter any issues while using the app.
- All orders placed by 4:00 pm will be processed and delivered on the same day, except special orders that are marked as “Next Day Delivery”. Members will be notified by email when their order has been received and will be updated on the delivery schedule in case of any disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as road and weather conditions.
- Members can terminate their membership at any time by deleting their SavorPak account in the “app settings” area of the Info section and scheduling a bottle pickup if using company-owned bottles.
